The most popular massage with the use of the 5 basic massage techniques. Helps to relax you by relieving stress, muscle soreness and placing your body into a para-sympathetic state.
Deep Tissue Massage
Direct pressure is applied with the use of the thumb, palm, forearm and elbow for deep therapeutic work into the muscles and connective tissue. Great modality for the release of toxins from the body. This treatment is not intended for sensitive individuals.
Hot Stone Massage
The use of naturally shaped basalt stones, heated and then placed in specific areas on the body relaxing muscles and increasing the blood flow. Warm stones are then massaged into the connective tissue and muscles, soothing them and enhancing the healing process.
Prenatal Massage is great in helping to reduce swelling, ease sore spots and to improve circulation. The client must be past the first trimester and not considered a "high risk pregnancy."
Postnatal Massage is bringing the body back to it's pre-pregnancy condition by retraining muscle and connective tissue.

Reiki (pronounced Ray-kee) means “Universal Life Energy.” It is a form of therapy that uses simple hands-on, or no touch techniques (while the client is fully clothed) with the goal of improving the flow of energy in a person. Reiki helps reduce stress, is very calming, stimulates immune system, increases energy, and relieves pain and symptoms of health conditions.
$35/session (45 to 60 Minutes)
It is an alternative medicine therapy used by osteopaths, massage therapists, naturopaths and chiropractors. A craniosacral therapy session involves the therapist gently placing their hands on the patient (while dressed), which allows them to tune into the craniosacral rhythm. The practitioner gently works with the spine and the skull and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia. In this way, the restrictions of nerve passages are eased, the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spinal cord is optimized, and mis-aligned bones are restored to their proper position. This therapy is used to treat mental stress, neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ Syndrome, and chronic pain conditions such as Fibromyalgia.
This method uses negative pressure and suction to loosen adhesions, drain excess toxins and fluids, and lift connective tissue. It promotes increased blood flow to stagnant muscle and skin.
30 Minutes ~ $30
60 Minutes ~ $55
